Return Policy

At Banner Sales (API test) we strive to provide the best possible product and service experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our customer service team or call (800) 821-8487 and we will document your complaint.

Banner Sales (API test) offers:

• 100% refund or exchange on any defective blank label order.
• 100% refund or exchange on any blank label order that was incorrect.
• 100% refund or exchange on any defective tool or supplies.

Defective or Incorrect Products

All of our materials are sold with the understanding that the customer has determined, prior to purchase, that the stock (paper material, label material, adhesives, liners, usability, suitability, print quality, and related variables) is suitable for the application. Determination of any product claimed to be defective is at the discretion of management, and refunds, returns, or exchanges of any kind are pending an evaluation. In most cases you will be asked to submit digital photos documenting the defect and/or ship the products back to customer service so the defect can be evaluated.

Timeframes and Fees

All requests for returns, exchanges, refunds, notices of product defectiveness, or credits must be received within 30 business days of delivery for standard blank label items. Returnable products require an RMA number to be issued. Restocking or other fees may apply to returns depending on the valuation and defectiveness rating, at the discretion of management. Turnaround and shipping for reprint orders vary depending on available production capacity. Cancellation of non-standard items is subject to additional handling or processing fees that may amount to the full price of the original order.
