When will my order ship?

Blank label orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, depending on the material and quantity. Shipping transit time is separate from production time; see Shipping Information for details.

I chose 2-day shipping. Why has my order not shipped in 2 days?

Production times and shipping times are different. 2-day shipping refers to time in transit after your order leaves our facility, not the time to produce it. Your item's production time is shown in the cart, and you can expedite it if you wish.

How do I cancel an order or request a return?

To cancel an order, contact us at (800) 821-8487 or support@bannersalesco.com as soon as possible; we may be unable to cancel an order that is already in production. Blank labels have a 30-business-day return window. See the Return Policy for details.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Canadian orders may be subject to customs charges that are not included in the item price or shipping cost; the recipient is responsible for them. See Shipping Information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Every order must be paid in full before we begin working on it.

I'm tax exempt. How do I remove sales tax from my order?

Email your tax exemption certificate to support@bannersalesco.com before placing your order and we will set your account up as exempt.

How do I track my order?

Sign in and open the Track Orders page to see your in-process orders, their status, and carrier tracking links. Your full order history is on the Orders page.

How do I reorder something I bought before?

Open your order history and use "Buy it again" on a line item or "Repeat entire order" on an order. The items are added to your cart at current pricing.
